Investment Objective

The Company's investment objective is to provide shareholders with capital growth and income by investing in assets in the Indian infrastructure sector, with particular focus on assets and projects related to energy and transport.

The Company aims to invest in assets that are expected to generate a base IRR of 15% per annum. The Directors believe that the Group’s returns could be raised to 25% due to additional potential gains from refinancing, yield compression effects and portfolio management efficiencies, as has been achieved by other listed infrastructure companies.
