Corporate Social Responsibility

The Group will ordinarily make investments in infrastructure projects that seek to make a contribution to the development of communities in which they are located.

In planning its activities the Board will give consideration to evaluating the social impact of proposed developments with a view to promoting where possible local employment and the delivery of other local benefits, and mitigating negative impacts to the extent possible.

The Company intends to establish a community projects trust (the "Trust") and will contribute to the Trust 2% of the net realised gains derived from the re-financing of operational projects and of the net profit derived from any disposal of equity interests in operational projects. It is intended that the Trust will support community based education, training and employment initiatives designed to foster social inclusion in the communities where the Group is active.
